Description
Problem with the main sewer line near Henry st coming into my basement at 688 orchard.. please check main line and inform. It seems that a few properties on that block have the same problem.

The Greater New Haven WPCA does not monitor See Click Fix on a regular basis nor do we use this as a reporting tool. We have responded to this call to investigate this issue. It was determined that the GNHWPCA system is not your issue. You may want to contact a professional drain cleaning service to investigate your interior plumbing.
In the future if you feel there is an issue with the WPCA system there is a 24 hour emergency number that should be used.
