9-2-10 and still no hot water

This sounds like a housing dept. issue. Call 311. Call your borough president's office. Call your city councilor. Call the mayor's office. Call everyone you can.

insufficient heating of the water, item is still not fixed properly. Water does not conform to the building code of 120 degrees. water runs barely luke warm 65 degrees

We left a message with Jeff Crumpton, your building owner/manager, asking him to restore your hot water.

thanks for the attempts to help. calling the landlord is like calling 311. they say they will help but never do. Calling all the people I did hasnt made any results.
