ok so i do have it and these people did not live at 1636 frazer they live at approx 1711 frazer and walked down the street to meet this car

Please patrol Frazer NW from 14th st to 18th st. More and more guys like this walking the block.

there s a mistake in address, and info,, this occurred one time on 2/25/2019 these individuals walked down the street from 1711 Frazer to meet up with whomever was in the car, i have footage of all this. ive been the neighborhood for over a decade and right now there is no continued activity. this was what i believe to be a one time occurrence. i believe it may have happened when whomever took photo was watching them i haven't seen any activity recently

This happened in front of 1637 Frazer NW. I have footage, but can’t post video. I’ve seen the one guy walk up and get into a car before. The one that is wearing the red, white, and blue hoodie in the picture.
