Description

The traffic light at this location often gets 'stuck' and does not change from red to green for prople on Riverview trying to turn onto Riverside. It's hit or miss. It usually takes two minutes for it to turn, but oftentimes unless someone is leaving the store across Riverside and drives over sensor it will not change. I've seen many, including myself, end up running the red light or tuning right instead of left due to this problem. This has been an ongoing issue and has been reported in the past.
