Description

In the morning, around 5:15 am to 5:30 am, the light at 9800 south to get on Bangerter Highway usually takes around two minutes (which is too long originally) to change and let 9800 south commuters on to Bangerter Highway. This morning it was about three minutes before the light changed. This is a very excessive time to wait, especially since the traffic on Bangerter Highway at that time is light. Can you please adjust this light so traffic can get on Bangerter Highway in a reasonable amount of time? Thanks
