Aldan is too busy marking sidewalks THEY call in disrepair to worry about public safety!

Just thought I would update, as I was the one to post. I did see an Aldan Officer monitoring this corner this morning on my way to work. I hope said officer is there for the afternoon rush as well. It seems to be a bigger problem from around 5pm-8pm. I guess people are in a bigger rush to get home from work, than they are to get in. Anyway, kudos for listening Aldan Twp. and PLEASE keep up the good work.

O.K. Another update. I was the original post and the post on the last update. To the Township: Unfortunately, exactly what I suspected. ONE officer on the corner for ONE morning rush hour will NOT correct an ongoing traffic situation. How about 4way stops at each intersection along magnoilia, or speed bumps or something. This speeding situation is no where near resolved! These speeders are also running the stop signs that are already in place along Magnoilia. No respect for this quiet residential COMMUNITY OF HOMES. (Not raceways!)

I agree the corner is a danger. When so many other streets have 4 way stop signs and this one doesn't it becomes a danger. People on the cross street expect traffic to stop. Add a 4 way there. Someone suggested speed bumps - please, no speed bumps. I live on that street and don't want to be driving over them all the time.
