Description

Displaced railing on walkway between UMass inn and conference center and locks. The railing and the granite block are on the ground below where the railing should be. The drop is about 10 feet and has been like this for about 3 months.

This is delayed due to an issue of responsibility between the city, the park service and UMass
Lowell. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
