Description
FOR TWO YEARS this corner has constant water going into the street. THis is a SAFETY HAZARD, as the traffic here is very fast and for motorcycle and bicyclists turning the corner it is quite slippery. I have already had one accident on this corner. There is probably a large air-conditioner dumping condensate into a gutter that leads to the street. If I get hurt here on my motorcycle because of this I WILL SUE THE CITY immediately.

I'm on another streets and infrastructure committee, so I understand the time it takes, however this should remain open until the problem is fixed.
In cases like this, the liability rests on the city to remedy in a timely fashion, the liability also rests on the city for the safety hazard, as the outlet is on city property and coming from a city owned drain-way.
This will continue to remain open until resolved permanently.
