This is happening at a single family home.

This was the parking ban at 5:00am

The last parking ban at 5:00am...5 cars here in pic and two more against the fence...all from house pictured above.

These vans are here all the time! It's a school bus/van business operating out of the home. They are always parking the commercial vehicles and residential vehicles on the street overnight as well.
It's gotten out of hand, they are constantly shifting the vehicles around, parking on both sides of Delaware, turn around in our driveway constantly, and block traffic from using that side of the street.
A police officer was just here talking to them about an hour ago, so hopefully the situation will be remedied shortly.

I hope so. I have even seen children being shuffled from one vehicle to another-sometimes with and without driver while motor running...this can’t be safe or an acceptable policy/regulation if transporting children.
