If we put traffic light everywhere in this town I would have to travel past 7 lights just to go down Kennedy Drive and go to Big Y or Loews. That is more light per mile then East Main Street.
How about there is mandatory driver retraining. It's been 22 years since I got my license, so many laws have changed since then, like the walk signals, the some people need to be retrained and updated.
