This house has been empty going on 2 years, no activity and no upkeep on the outside building(shed) or house. The shed/shop in the backyard is falling apart. The doors are barely hanging on which makes this a habitat for wildlife and creatures, or even neighborhood kids that play around this area. This building is unsecure and needs to be fixed/cleaned up or torn down. The back porch is piled with debris and once the grass starts growing the yard will be neglected for the third summer now. We have constantly killed snakes that come from the vacant lot and house year round. The homeowner should be responsible for the upkeep of his property YEAR round not just when neighbors complain when it finally gets out of hand.
