Formerly Red Roof Inn, now Regency Inn and Suites. Southeast corner of property. Ongoing issue of dumpster overflow, vermin infestation, scattering of trash. To view you must circle around the outside of their rear fence. Residents of 5000 block of Massey Rd have submitted multiple complaints over several years.

The problem is now much worse. The volume of trash is much more, and passers-by are throwing more out because the place looks like a dump.
