Description

There is a gaping hole that gets larger with each passing day. I took pictures of the hole in March 2013 with 4 orange cones surrounding it. Since then there are now 2 cones. The existing condition is hazardous, someone walking could accidently step into the hole. As mentioned, it's been there since March 2013. Please fix...
