Unfortunately this isn't new, but it is an ugly mess that just keeps giving us fatter rats. I don't understand how this was allowed to continue while building the hotel. A total shame.

Thank you for your response. Today I saw employees of the building throwing garbage bags into a dumpster on Marshall St. The plywood boxes that were being used for garbage were no longer in the parking deck. Let’s hope this is the end of the problem.
