I have also commented on this before. It appears to be a tree removal business that re-purposes the remains of the cut trees into "tabletop" discs. The entire back yard is set up to cut the tree trunks. The "spoils" appear to be dumped in the alleyway, now almost 100 feet long! This person is not disposing of his commercial yard waste properly by taking to Solid Waste. A cleanup and some heavy fines should stop this abuse!
