First street needs to be plowed wider to curb. we have no vehicles on the street currently. But we need for customers, tenants and employees. we are a business and apartments. Thank you for your help. We have not seen a truck for side streets in awhile.

There is still a wide swath of snow. This is the north side of the building and it has a handicap space. We are concerned it will freeze up over night. Please send a plow over.

oh the plow came back by made one pass then left all he needed to do was make on more pass the street would have been cleaned now tracey energy had to hire a person to help remove the snow with shovels what a shame new haven pw you should be ashamed of youreselves.

We are closing all the remaining open and acknowledged "snow issues" to get ready for the 2021-2022 season. We appreciate your feedback and adjusted where we could. Over the past year, we have added Public Space Inspectors who can help alleviate some of the snow issues by issuing warnings and tickets. As always, we encourage residents' cooperation and patience. Hopefully this winter season will be an improvement for us all! Thanks.
