It is never our intention to tow all vehicles in violation of winter weather related parking bans as this goal would is impossible given the volume of vehicles in violation and limited tow yard capacity. Similarly to speeding tickets on the highway, the purpose is not to issue a ticket to everyone who speeds, but act as a deterrent from violating the law and encourage users of the road to help maintain public safety by behaving collaboratively in our efforts to get the streets cleared.
