A condo or house is being built on this site without any type of zoning notice going up. Rumors of a condo or house is what is being spread throughout the neighborhood but a neighor said they called L&I and was told that the owner has a permit for a plumbing facility to store plumbing material. How can he get away with building without a zoning notice or a meeting involving the community. This particular developer seems to feel that his money does not require him to follow any laws/rules
