this morning there was a line up again... 6 seconds for traffic from quinnipiac ave and 22 for farren ave. When the Grand ave bridge is open cars push south. 6 seconds is only long enough for a bus and one car to go through. As a resident, the traffic plan referred to is not taking into account, overflow traffic from Grand ave bridge traffic. It's frustrating siting in a lineup and watching multiple light cylces happen before you can get through the intersection.
