Thank you for your request. Potholes referred to the Division are normally processed within 48 hours.

Sinkholes will be referred to the appropriate utility agency for inspection and repair.

Please note that potholes cannot be repaired on days with heavy rain because the moisture will prevent asphalt from bonding with the existing pavement.

Even though i cannot find my second complaint from last week in this thread (same issue), i believe this has been remediated as i cannot hear the manhole cover “clunk” as each car drives over it. Thank you for addressing and fixing.
