It is probably better to call public safety 203 946-6316 because they are there 24/7, the Parks Department is not.

I've called several city agencies. The wires are still hanging, in fact, after garbage day yesterday, the trucks yanked more wires down on Court. Situation is getting worse, not better.

I'll call the UI myself. I don't know how effective that will be but, it seems to me that, so far, no one has made a call to them.

We are closing all the remaining open and acknowledged "snow issues" to get ready for the 2021-2022 season. We appreciate your feedback and adjusted where we could. Over the past year, we have added Public Space Inspectors who can help alleviate some of the snow issues by issuing warnings and tickets. As always, we encourage residents' cooperation and patience. Hopefully this winter season will be an improvement for us all! Thanks.
