It's an online company with an official presence. I'm not at all affiliated with them, but I drive by there daily. They have signs stating they offer cheaper pharmaceutical products via mail order only. Check Google maps in "street view." The map even shows signs stating they offer some sort of mail-order program for seniors. One could Google "Discount Med Company, LLC" or check their facebook.com/pg/discountmedcompany before wasting taxpayers money or harassing local businesses.

Zoning states it's in a multimodal corridor and Property Use is #1730 or General Office via pcpao.org.

If they are online, why do they need a sandwich board up front advertising their drugs? And yes, the property use is #1730, General Office, however, this is a dual tenant building. The electrician office is an allowable use, however, per Section 16.10.020.1 of the city use permissions matrix, any retail use is not an allowable use and the matrix specifically states "drug store or pharmacy" is a legally non conforming use.
