Opis
Traffic at the intersection of Oglethorpe St. and First St. gets bottle necked due to no turn lane for traffic in either direction on Oglethorpe turning either direction onto First St. Can the option of re-lining the street there to create a turn lane be considered? A turn lane would probably be sufficient to address the problem without the need to install a traffic light with left turn arrows.
