Description

Manhole between 962 and 964 Peninsula Ave (San Mateo side) is very noisy. It can be heard from inside the house every time a car drives over it. It is not a pleasant sound and it happens at all hours of the day. A rubber cushion should be installed to reduce the noise of metal on metal.
