we need more enforcement and give tickets to all these illegal parking in the whole city

I've seen that one. Yesterday I went to katz bakery an older couple parked right behind me on the crosswalk kids were going up over the snow bank to cross with a crossing guard right there! I went to his window and said something his reply "I know" how disrespectful of the kids and the crossing guard. What nerve ! I don't know why in the jeep case the bus driver doesn't call it in, but maybe she/he has with no results.

Parking on crosswalks and ramps are also common violations that parking enforcement seems not to care. They are more focus on Broadway's parking meters where you see them every few minutes but rarely in other parts of the city. If enforced in all the neighborhoods the city will easily make more money in parking violations than just counting on meters. After all the city is not big that walking parking enforcement employees can walk it in a single working shift.

I think if they just had one officer and one car and all they did was go around and ticket cars and handicap violations they would earn their pay trifold

Its great to hae a reserved parking spot(even if illegal ) WOW this person is not concerned about a ticket or being towed.

Nothing is done at worst the parking enforcement guy just tells them to move. And "IF" someone answers the phone at the parking enforcement or if you resort to calling the police its not high on their list so by the time someone gets there which is usually a minimum of 10 minutes they are gone. So why not park there its easy and the reprucussions are minimal. BUT forget to pay your $15. Dog license fee and they will decend on you like an episode of S.W.A.T.

I have notified the parking enforcement to look into.
