Thank you for submitting your service request (SR #19-00124730). You will receive an email when your request has been addressed by the servicing agency (DPW).
This is an ongoing issue that falls on whoever owns the property. There is a broken underground pipe on the side of the building that needs to be repaired. While it is safety issue that DPW will"address" it's mainly just having the weather warm up to melt the ice build-up.
