Description

The old Durango restaurant building on the corner of 4th St N and 39th Ave N has been vacant for years and has fallen in disrepair. This building needs to be maintained or demolished. It's an eyesore to the community. If this was my house, I'd have citations and fines galore! The city needs to address this eyesore. It's been long enough!
