This issue continues to not be addressed. Every time it rains, snows, etc. all of the water collects at the bottom of the street that flattens out so none of it goes through the drains on the left. So there is persistent stagnant water that looks bad, ruins the road, and causes all the traffic to drag mud and excess dirt up the street. When it is cold, the water freezes into a thick sheet of ice which is a hazard. Please address this!
