Description
Apparently the city needed money because a few months ago almost every homeowner on the block received a notice from the city to remove any concrete in the gutters that may impede drainage (which none were) or face a hefty fine. Everyone has since removed said concrete from their gutters, our house included. Now there is a road surface issue as the gutter is much too deep between the road and the driveway ( as the road was recently resurfaced and is raised higher then it used to be). It’s no longer safe and needs to be corrected. By the way, there are still numerous residences with concrete in their gutters everywhere in our neighborhood and on our block, so I’m not sure why our street was singled out...
