The bollards have been knocked out of their bases, this hasn't taken 3 months in the past!

The plastic sticks in the road block traffic and interrupt all the businesses on the block and need to.be removed. It is exponentally more dangerous to cross the street because of all the double parking and cars sitting in crosswalks because of the perpetual traffic jams the ugly asinine useless plastic sticks cause Just move the crosswalk to the narrow part of the street and the lazy complainers who want the road blocked can just walk ten or twenty feet and cross at the narrow part of the road.
