Description

Walk signal for crossing First St can not be seen by pedestrians trying to cross on from the southwest to southeast corners. The signal is not facing pedestrian trying to cross there but rather into the intersection (as if there were a diagnol cross). Can this be straighten to actually assist pedestrians?
