In response to your answer about snow situation on Elwell Street for your information, if you don’t know, odd side of Elwell Street is Ward 8 and even side of Elwell is Ward 6. So you are dealing with 2 City Councilors on Elwell. This has been our problem on Elwell for years. They forget about us up here. Thank you.
