Description
Tag 181 NH at about 6:45AM on 9/2, ran a red light on State Street at Frontage Road. No emergency lights were on. I had a green light on Frontage and had to stop and wait for the police car to clear the intersection.

well that's just frankly depressing, roger. you're saying that the police force (which is a concept that is only ~200 years old) has grown to the point that they are uncontrollable by its citizenry?
or perhaps you are saying the leadership in this city is so poor that you can't begin to hope for any change?
or are you just saying the cops are all reckless idiots?
what are you saying exactly?

Youshould have hit him and sued the city. that the only way things get changed. NHPD does what they want when they want and are HELD TOTALLY UNACCOUNTABLE.
Whatever happen to the civilian review board ??

You should have hit him and sued the City- State statutes CLEARLY state that a Police car MUST at minimum, use lights when going against traffic- if more of us sued the city maybe these guys would attempt to follow the laws they claim to enforce.
I though Esserman would be a good thing for the City with the community policing program, but he's just another political player who could give a hoot about anything that affects the citizens of this town. I no longer trust or rely on the Police to protect me, in fact I now fear them like I did when I was a teen.
We are on our own people.
