Description
I reported this drain cover displacement on 03/01/19 (Issue ID 5469039). I verified that it was placed back in its proper position the next day and I received an email this morning saying the job was closed. When I went out to run errands this morning, I noticed that the cover has been displaced again, less than a week after it was fixed. In my issue report on 3/1/19, I pointed out that this cover has been displaced several times over the past year and that a more permanent solution to preventing its displacement should be sought. It is a waste of city resources and taxpayer money to keep re-placing this lid each time it's displaced and it's a hazard to pedestrians while it is displaced. If the lid or its holder can't be modified to prevent displacement, the drain should be relocated.
