Description
Why are both lanes going into the sumner tunnel not open yet? It should not take two years to remove toll booths and pave a road. If you keep bottle necking the traffic business are going to leave Boston. Please tell MA DOT to open the lanes into the sumner tunnel this is beyond pathetic.
