10:01pm Mar 10. EB on 100ave at 92st. The EB flashing advance activated and then turned back to red, then green for N/S traffic. The straight through never got a green in the cycle. All EB lanes were full waiting to go straight and there was nobody waiting to go N/S. That sequencing doesn't make any sense.
