Description
There are three bags of trash that were thrown into the ditch that runs along the parking lot of the old SCI Building on South Memorial Parkway. This old SCI parking lot butts against the Kroger's store. I have seen city trucks stage themselves in this old parking lot.

By the time you came by this morning it seems the bags were washed further down the ditch. As best I can tell they found them stuck where the ditch goes under Whitter Road.
