Drove by this site today and it was SPOTLESS!!!!! Thank you for whomever cleaned it up. Now lets see about getting those homeless camps dismantled and cleaned up. They are contaminating the waterfowls breeding and living conditions. Also its a waterway, being its somewhat tidal. Whomever cleaned up the parking area needed to go a step further and clean the whole area.

My reportings of this area keep getting archived and IGNORED! While this pile of garbage was cleaned up, the COV ignored the MASSIVE garbage heap and homeless camp no more than 20ft away! I have been reporting this area for over a year and NOTHING has been done to clean it up. The COV has lost control of ALL the camps in this town! What has happened to the property owner of this property? Have they been given a fine? Obviously they havnt, the filth, garbage and camps still exist. Step up COV enforce the law. You people running this town are a joke!!!!

I have stopped reporting homeless camps, garbage piles, filth, abandoned cars, illegal RV,s squatting and everything else the COV has come to ignore. They have lost the battle and let the homeless hoard have their ways so depressing to see this town turn into a DUMP! Everything about this town has disintegrated, streets, buildings, especially the law, not being enforced on all the people breaking the law in plain view of the police! LAWLESS TOWN OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a shame Mr Sampayan doesnt care to correct these problems.. His interests are very one sided. Take a tour down Broadway & Couch St Mr Mayor.. Maybe then you'd do something with our tax money!
