Description

On the SW corner of intersection of 17th and Gales St. NE there is a large hole in a crumbling concrete manhole cover (labeled water dept.) large enough for a child’s foot to fall into. This is a pedestrian heavy intersection across the street from Rosedale Recreation Center.
