That building or party store needs to condemned by the City of Detroit. Those across the street are always using the lot for a dumping ground. The party store has been abandoned for at least 5 years and is a Dangerous Building and doesn't have any curb appeal for the Neighborhood. The owners need to bring it up to Code like everybody else in the Neighborhood has done.
