I appreciate this posting of illegal. Is it possible to perhaps refrain from...well, name-calling about the residents? I am apt to vote for this...but the name-calling discourages me from voting.

Instead of name-calling, why not just call the property manager or the owners? Steve's number is 510-421-1469. The owners are Citrine Advisors. Google them; they're easy to find. Give them a call and stop the unfortunate name-calling. With that said, I'm going to vote because I'm sick of the inhabitants littering the neighborhood with their cast-offs. Something has to give here.
