Description
There is a fallen tree on the path between the East Rock road and Farnam Dr. There is a crosswalk connecting the East Rock path to a path leading to the iron bridge across the Mill River. The fallen tree is near the intersection of the East Rock path and Farnam Dr.
This path is used frequently and I think it would be good to remove the fallen tree.

Specifically, I think the tree referred to here is on the White Rectangle trail just above the footbridge, not far from the East Rock Road bridge. It is probably visible from the road (Farnam).
There is another, also on the White Rectangle trail, just above the Rice Field crosswalk, right by the place where that trail separates from the one going up the Giant Steps.
These are both big trees. Probably just to be cut through, not removed. And of course the fallen trees on the streets & sidewalks come first. But yes, this is a very popular part of the trail system and if they aren't taken care of people will clamber up short cuts, accelerating soil erosion.
