Description

I stopped on Nassau street to do some business, realized I had no change in the car. I was having trouble figuring out the phone app so I literally ran into Red Onion to get change. I was at the meter less than a minute when I ran out - change in hand, and saw the meter man pulling away, I showed the meter man my handful of change.
At his suggestion I called the municipal court to appeal this ticket.
I think these meters and the app need some rethinking. I do hope that the court will show me leniency, since I was trying my best to pay the meter and be compliant.
