Description
Zelaya Auto has signage along their fence claiming no parking due to city ordinance. This seems suspicious and perhaps a false claim. I don’t see how a sign posted on private property can govern parking on a public street; if it was really CoH signage then it would be posted on a metal pole owned by the city, not on a private fence. The sign also has no reference to any particular chapter or section of CoH Code of Ordinances.
