Cars parked left-hand to the curb. It’s not only dangerous on North Street, it’s illegal.
Vermont State Law, Title 23: Motor Vehicles, Chapter 13: Operation Of Vehicles, § 1105. Additional parking regulations, (a) “Except as otherwise provided by local ordinance, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway shall be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels parallel to and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb or if there is no curb, within 12 inches of the edge of the roadway.”
