Description

Annapolis between Oakdale and Hwy 13 is so terrible it's not safe to travel. It's bad in both directions in many spots. I hit a pothole so hard this morning I'm sure I damaged my car. It's difficult to tell where the potholes are in the early morning hours before the sun is up and when they are filled and covered with water. Unfortunately in the fog and dark, I didn't see the name of the cross street, but it was about a block or two from a busy intersection heading toward Hwy 13.
