Encampments are spreading the entire underpass trash from homeless are on both sides of street and sidewalks roadway is blocked only one lane because of encampments and trash 42nd ST. 556- 600 block

Illegal dumping- furniture , appliances. Tires , and trash on both sides of side walks trash in street blocking part of road test. Trailer is illegally parked for 6 weeks now rodents are running rapid from trash
