Description
Why did barricades appear on Glen St. blocking the outside loop for service deliveries? Now all the traffic has to come right past the main entrance - what private landowner is so special that fuel trucks, trash removal trucks, delivery trucks, etc. don't pass his door anymore? Who decided to close part of a city street?

But it can be stopped, it can be fixed: sell the jail.
Might even be good practice for stopping war. If we can't stop a jail, if the citizens can't resist the financial temptation, no way we can resist war. Way too much money.
Sell the jail.

Must have been a rather serious complaint.
