Descrizione

Abandoned vehicle in Lark St. Tavern parking lot. No registration or license plates. Pale yellow with black top. I belive it is a Buick, but not positive on that.

Vehicle is not abandoned, it belongs to me and is parked on private property awaiting transport to a garage where the vintage 1955 Savoy will be restored and used to promote Savoy Taproom and Lark street in parades and special events throughout the Capital District.

Is this against code or not? I know of people who only had some of the issues with this vehicle and were ticketed. Is unregistered, uninspected, and very damaged legal to just sit there like that for a long period of time? And if so, legal for everyone?
