Description

I reported this in January, and the case was closed without repairs being done. Someone else reported recently & again nothing was done. This is a safety hazard! I see people slowing suddenly, and was almost rear-ended today by someone who obviously didnt know. One orange cone does not suffice; this needs to be fixed.
